Beyond Growth Lies Ikigai.
Do any of these situations sound familiar?
Despite investing in training and development programs, people’s day-to-day behaviors rarely change.
Leaders and employees in global teams often find themselves feeling isolated.
Conversations about careers have become less frequent, and people struggle to find a genuine sense of purpose in their work.
While expectations for results continue to rise, it has become increasingly difficult for people to feel that they are growing.
In my experience, these challenges are often less about people's capability or motivation and more about the environment that enables people to continue learning, growing, and collaborating.

My Perspective
I don't begin by asking people to find their ikigai. I believe the first step is creating an environment where growth can happen naturally.
People grow when they have opportunities to learn, experiment, and reflect. As those experiences accumulate, they begin to develop confidence in their work, a stronger sense of purpose, and a deeper understanding of why their work matters. That's what ikigai means to me.
I believe growth can be intentionally designed. Ikigai cannot. It emerges naturally as the result of continuous growth.
That's the philosophy that guides my work.

What I Do
I help individuals and organizations grow by creating environments where people can continue learning, developing, and thriving in global workplaces.
My work focuses on areas such as:
Talent development and organizational learning
Developing global leaders and cross-cultural teams
Designing learning and growth processes through continuous improvement
Career coaching and long-term professional development for individuals
Rather than separating my work into "corporate services" and "individual coaching," I see them as two applications of the same philosophy. The principles that help individuals grow are fundamentally the same principles that enable organizations to grow.

How I Work
I don't believe in forcing every engagement into a predefined framework. Every organization is different, so my approach begins with understanding your context before proposing solutions.
My work is guided by a few simple principles:
Start with conversations, not assumptions.
Begin small and learn as we go.
Stay connected to the realities of day-to-day work.
Support the process of experimentation rather than simply serving answers.
Rather than focusing on short-term solutions, my goal is to help create an environment where people and organizations can continue to grow long after the engagement has ended.

Let's Start with a Conversation
Based in Massachusetts, USA, I've built my career working across Japan, the United States, and global organizations, gaining firsthand experience with different ways of working, leading, and collaborating across cultures.
Drawing on those experiences, I help organizations create the conditions where people can continue to learn, grow, and succeed in practice—not just in theory.
Whether you're exploring talent development, developing global leaders, strengthening cross-cultural collaboration, or supporting people's career growth, I'd be happy to start with a conversation.

Contact & Inquiries
Feel free to reach out anytime. For first-time clients, sessions are offered for the deposit amount only ($5). This deposit will be fully credited toward your second session, so the first session is effectively free.
I would love to offer the first session completely free, but in the past, fully free bookings sometimes led to no-shows. To prevent that and to protect everyone’s time, I’ve chosen this approach.
