Nice to meet you
— my name is Kei Tsuda.
Through the lens of Ikigai × AI, I explore how we learn, grow, and navigate our work in the years ahead. Across skills and technology, across cultures and languages, across generations, roles, and industries—my perspective is shaped by these crossings, and by the many moments where human experience and AI meet.
That overlap is where I place my focus when supporting questions around career and work.
The most common themes people bring are:
• Uncertainty about their career direction
• How to relate to their team or lead with ease
• Moments when motivation, purpose, or ikigai feels hard to grasp
When we talk, what I value most is understanding how you see the world and what truly matters to you. From there, we look for the small, practical steps that help connect purpose with action—one step at a time.
My goal is to create a space where you can speak freely, without pressure.
And as you find your own way of choosing, moving forward, and working, I’ll be right there supporting you.

My background
For about 25 years, I’ve worked in roles connected to learning and human development—across global IT companies, sales, marketing, education, and later in startups. My background isn’t the kind that “looks great on LinkedIn.” I’m more of the steady, keep-showing-up type.
I was born in Kyoto, and whenever I speak with someone from Kansai, my Kansai dialect naturally returns. I grew up in Hamamatsu, Shizuoka—a city known for Honda, Yamaha, and Suzuki, a true hub of monozukuri. I was raised in the “yaramaika” spirit, a local mindset that encourages trying things and moving forward.
I moved to the U.S. in my first year of high school. At the time, I was attending an academically rigorous school in Japan, and I still remember being asked, “Are you really going to throw your life away?” Even so, my desire to study in the U.S. was stronger. I ended up spending my high school and university years in the New England region.
After graduation, I worked in Tokyo for about six years. But my desire to do more global work kept growing, so I approached my manager directly and asked for a transfer to our U.S. headquarters—and eventually made it happen.
Later, I married, and together with our two daughters, built our life in the U.S.
Living between countries and cultures has shaped the foundation of my coaching style today.
My involvement with AI began only in recent years. In the context of education and organizational development, I’ve been exploring how AI can serve as a tool that extends human skills. I don’t talk about coding or system development. My approach is more like:
“Let’s think together about how to work well with AI.”
Looking back, I’ve spent my career supporting people’s growth across environments where culture, language, and ways of working were constantly shifting. Through those experiences, I realized something: I genuinely enjoy seeing people find their own pace and their own way of working.
My coaching practice grew out of that realization.
Grounded in the perspectives of ikigai and my cross-border experiences, I support people as they explore what working—and living—might look like in their next chapter.

Who comes to speak with me
People in their 20s to 40s who feel unsure about their career direction.
Those who have been asked to lead or support a team and are navigating the challenge of how to relate to others.
People working in global, cross-cultural, or multilingual environments.
Those who feel their sense of yarigai or ikigai has become harder to see or define.
What they share in common is a quiet struggle around questions like:
“ I want to work in a way that feels more like me.”
“ I want to join—or I’ve joined—a global company, but I’m not sure how to work effectively with my team.”
“ I know something needs to change… I just don’t know where to start.”
I help them sort through their thoughts and feelings,
and together we design the next small step forward.
Contact & Inquiries
Feel free to reach out anytime. For first-time clients, sessions are offered for the deposit amount only ($5). This deposit will be fully credited toward your second session, so the first session is effectively free.
I would love to offer the first session completely free, but in the past, fully free bookings sometimes led to no-shows. To prevent that and to protect everyone’s time, I’ve chosen this approach.
