Connecting purpose
to practice

With ikigai-based career coaching and support in cross-border thinking, communication, and collaboration, I aim to offer a space where you can open up about work and career questions without pressure.

What people often come to talk about

Career worries come in many forms

Feeling unsure about your direction, feeling stuck at work, or feeling uneasy about crossing cultures or moving abroad. Our work begins by putting words to that small voice asking, “Is this really okay?”

Leadership challenges

How to relate to your team, how to build healthier connections, and how to navigate the role without carrying too much weight on your shoulders. I support you in shaping a leadership style that feels true to you.

When you catch yourself thinking, “Nothing moves me lately,” or “I’m not sure why I’m working anymore.” We take that emptiness and those feelings and begin putting them into words together.

When your sense of purpose feels distant

But isn’t personal coaching expensive?

Honestly… yes.
There are many coaching services out there that cost a lot—$100 ~ $200 per session, or even thousands of dollars over a few months. That world definitely exists.

But I chose a different path.

In 2026, each session will be $20.

A regular session is 45 minutes and normally $80, but I’m keeping it at a steady $20 (about ¥3,000) for the entire year. No coupon codes, no special conditions—just a simple, accessible price.

When you book, you’ll pay a $5 deposit, and then pay the remaining $15 after the session.
You’re welcome to reschedule anytime, but please note that the deposit is non-refundable.

Having friends and colleagues all over the world has shown me something very clearly—cost of living, income levels, and our sense of what money “feels like” can be completely different depending on where we are.

The same one dollar can carry a very different weight from person to person.
That understanding has become second nature to me.

So when I hear, “I’m interested in coaching… but the price feels a bit high,”
I genuinely understand where that feeling comes from.

And that’s why I think it’s okay to make the first step easy.
What matters most at the beginning isn’t the price—it’s whether you feel,
“I want to talk to this person.”

So for your first session, you’ll only pay the $5 deposit.
And that $5 will be credited back when you come for your second session—
making the first one effectively free.

Why this price?

The reason is simple:
I want to keep talking with people from many different countries.

But I’m not the type to say things like,
“I will transform your life!”
from some kind of elevated,
expert-on-a-pedestal position.

If anything, I’m the opposite.

I see myself as
the person who walks beside you,
matching your pace,
not someone pulling you from ahead.

That’s why I decided to keep this price throughout 2026—
because that feels truer to the way I want to work.

Of course, this isn’t a charity project.
(Though I know it might sound like it.)

You don’t need to make any big decisions.

Just start with $5,
and tell me a little about yourself.
No preparation is required.

Choose a time of day when you feel calm,
and make a booking.

From there, together,
we’ll look for your next step.

Life often begins to move
from the moment we simply start talking.
